We are looking for a highly qualified and business-oriented Legal Manager to join Ciments du Maroc and its subsidiaries.
Reporting to the Legal Director & Compliance Officer, the Legal Manager will provide strategic and operational legal support to the business while contributing to the deployment, localization and continuous improvement of the Heidelberg Materials Group Compliance Program in Morocco.
The role covers a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters, contract lifecycle management, litigation and dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, data protection and compliance risk management.
You will advise business stakeholders on legal and regulatory risks, draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, manage pre-litigation and litigation matters, and support the implementation of compliance policies and controls. You will also contribute to compliance risk assessments, internal investigations, regulatory monitoring, compliance training and awareness initiatives, reporting and audit activities.

Profile required
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business Law, Corporate Law, Business Criminal Law, Compliance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
- Strong expertise in commercial and contract law, corporate litigation and compliance
- Solid understanding of anti-corruption, competition law, sanctions, human rights and data protection frameworks
- Experience in contract lifecycle management and legal risk assessment
- Experience within an international group or complex multi-site organization is an asset
- Experience in compliance investigations, training and awareness programs is highly valued
- Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, discretion and confidentiality
- Fluent in French and Arabic, with strong proficiency in English
