· License: Any State, Illinois Bar preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as an attorney required.
· Must have excellent writing skills, outstanding legal research, and litigation.
· The position requires the management of large caseloads.
· Must have knowledge of business formation, business disputes, a variety of litigation and transactional issues, will need to counsel individuals and businesses on an array of organizational questions, planning matters, and negotiating contracts.
· Must have experience with Federal Procedure and Federal Litigation.
· Need to be compatible with a wide variety of different areas of law and willing to perform the research in order to better comprehend the legal issues.
