Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including Environmental Law, Securities Law, Family Law, Personal Injury Law, and Estate Planning. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills, the ability to conduct thorough research, and the capacity to litigate effectively on behalf of clients. The Attorney will work collaboratively with other legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services and representation.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in legal proceedings and litigation across various practice areas.
Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts with precision and clarity.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in matters related to Real Estate Law, Including Title Law, and Estate Planning.
Clear title issues to insurer standards.
Develop case strategies and prepare for trials by gathering evidence and formulating arguments.
Maintain accurate records of all case-related documentation and correspondence.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of legal services is provided.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Strong research skills with proficiency in using Lexis-Nexis or similar legal research tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail in legal drafting.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
