What you will do:
Licensing & reporting using OSS
Conducting legal research and analysis to support the development and implementation of legal strategies
Stay informed about changes in Indonesian laws and regulations that may affect the company’s business operations, and best practice
Ensure that legal initiatives support and facilitate the company’s growth and compliance
Identify and assess legal risks and vulnerabilities within the organization
Assisting in drafting & reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company’s interests and minimize legal risks in business transactions. Ensure contracts comply with Indonesian laws
Assisting in the preparation of legal reports and presentations
Participating in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders, clients, and external parties
Maintain corporate governance standards and practices, including compliance with corporate laws and regulations
Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Assisting in the management and coordination of legal projects and cases
Manage the resolution of legal disputes, including liaising with external legal counsel when necessary
Provide guidance and advice on legal and regulatory compliance matters
Maintaining accurate and organized legal documentation and records
Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal obligations
Monitor the company’s compliance with all relevant Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards
Preparing legal reports and presentations
Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional integrity in all legal activities
What You Will Need
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law
Have a minimum of 3-4 years experience working as a Legal Executive or similar role
Strong knowledge of company law, civil law, IPR law, employment law, data protection law, and ITE law
Rich experience on contract drafting,
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent English at least writing and reading
Proficiency in legal research tools and databases
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
