About The Job
Anand Akut & Associates is looking for Legal Associate for its Real Estate team.
Eligibility
- Basic knowledge of various laws related to Real Estate, redevelopment / development schemes / Tenant Co-ownership Society / Special / Integrated Township, etc.
- Confident personality, sharp commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deal with and resolve issues with the Revenue, Registration, and other
departments.
- Good Drafting Skills in English and/or Marathi and must be able to read Marathi and should be able to communicate efficiently in English and Marathi
- PQE (Post-Qualification Experience): 2 to 3 years with a reputed Advocate working in Real Estate laws, or with a reputed Real Estate Developer in Pune.
Responsibilities
- Title-Inspection and Verification of properties
- Drafting/reviewing various documents like Memoranda of Agreements, Agreements for / of Sell, Sale Deed, Release Deed, Deeds of Conveyance under RERA / MOFA, Development Agreement along with Deed of Power of Attorney, Agreement for / of Lease, Deed of Assignment / Apartment, Leave & Licence Agreements, etc.
- Helping Senior Associate for discussion, deliberation and negotiation with clients for
finalising and closing the relevant Deeds and Document
