Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Law
• Eligibility to work for at least one year internship period
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong follow-up skills
• Advanced process and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Available to work full time for five days.
Responsibilities
• Assisting in preparing and reviewing petitions and other legal documents.
• Carrying out legal research on various legal matters.
• Regular follow-up of all types of documentation under the supervision of lawyers,
• Following up all kind of legislation and informing the team.
• Following the Legal Gazette on a daily basis and informing the team.
• Assisting compliance projects.
• All kinds of legal assistance as required by IKEA Türkiye.
• Assisting in preparing the corporate documents (such as BOD decisions, general assembly meeting documents etc.)
• Organisation of signatures for processes such as general meetings, power of attorney, etc.
• Organisation of work and transactions at the notary’s office & courts.
• Organisation and follow-up of courier processes.
• Managing physical and digital archive processes.
• Submission of all types of documents via UYAP, execution and litigation follow-up.
• Providing support to the team on administrative matters.
• Legal Intern reports to Legal Counsel and Legal Director.
