JOB PURPOSE:

 

The resource will be placed within the Legal Office – Engineering, Real Estate, and Logistics Area and will collaborate with the team, with a particular focus on legal activities supporting the business, Real Estate, and Engineering functions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Contributes to legal activities related to the management of the Group’s real estate assets (using corporate IT tools).

Supports the legal team in drafting and reviewing lease agreements, concessions, purchase and sale contracts, or any other real estate-related transactions, both in Italy and abroad.

Assists the legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts for works or service agreements related to the construction, management, and maintenance of stores, offices, and industrial plants.

Collaborates with the legal team in handling disputes, both in Italy and abroad, related to the Real Estate and Engineering area.

Participates in coordination meetings with foreign legal offices.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

 

Law degree. Legal practice is considered a plus.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French or another language is considered a plus.Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
