We’re looking for a go-getter—someone who’s hungry to learn, detail-oriented, computer savvy, and organized. Legal experience is a plus, but not required. I’ll teach you everything you need to know—just bring the right attitude and basic office skills.
We have a fun, close-knit work environment and there is plenty to do if you’re eager to grow.
We are looking for someone to work 30 hours a week but can provide full time work to the right person. There is plenty here to do if you are a go getter.
Front desk reception: greeting clients and answering phones
Scanning, labeling, and managing incoming mail
Requesting and organizing client medical records
Maintaining and updating client files
Identifying and obtaining missing documentation
Providing general office and administrative support
Job Type: Part-time or Full time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
