Legal Intake Specialist Jobs in Santa Ana, CA at SoCal Workers Comp
SoCal Workers Comp was founded with a very simple purpose: making sure the rights of injured workers are not violated and connecting them with top medical professionals for quality treatment and getting their lives back on track. We represent workers of all industrials throughout southern California and statewide. We diligently manage our clients’ cases, speak on their behalf with insurance companies and their representatives, refer them to caring doctors, and zealously defend their interests before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
We are looking for an experienced intake specialist who will take calls and respond to web submissions from injured workers, introduce them to our firm and explain how we can help, and sign them as clients. We are also interested in a candidate with interest in providing support to our case management (we are willing to train for candidates without experience). A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in workers’ compensation, preferably in intake. Spanish language fluency is required.
Key Skills:
· Ability to empathetically listen and speak to persons who sustained injuries at work.
· Ability to identify and gather information and documents relevant to determining if its case we can provide help.
· Ability to persuasively explain how to help.
· Experience in a workers’ compensation law setting, preferably in intake.
· Spanish language fluency.

- Customer service experience is required

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
