Legal Intake Specialist Jobs in El Paso, TX at Flores Mendez Law
Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, a law firm of 300 attorneys in more than 30 practice and industry groups, is accepting applications for a full-time File Intake Analyst to support our Accounting Department in our Syracuse, NY office location. The File Intake Analyst plays a vital role in managing the onboarding process for new clients and supporting the legal team in their operations.
Position Responsibilities:
Input and maintain Client and Matter information in Aderant, including setup, contacts, rates, etc.
Handle month-end Accounting and Billing processes in Aderant and iTimekeep.
Coordinate yearly review and update of standard/special attorney rates.
Monitor and resolve File Intake email support inbox.
Review of Outside Counsel Guidelines for billing requirements and set up accordingly.
Inactivate/Close matters and/or clients in Aderant.
Collaborate with internal teams for Onboarding and Offboarding all incoming or outgoing attorneys.
Provide thorough training to new administrative assistants to the firm on the use of Intapp.
Create and maintain updated documentation on processes and procedures.
Additional research and/or projects as required.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree in Accounting or Business.
Previous law firm experience is preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with Intapp, Aderant, and iManage is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong ability to analyze data with accuracy and high attention to detail.
Ability to problem-solving efficiently while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.

This position’s salary range is between $50,000 and $55,000 negotiable based on years’ experience.
