Seeking a Paralegal/legal assistant for our expanding office.
– multi task to answer phone calls on several lines, sign up multiple clients and follow up with tasks assigned.
– Be in close contact with attorneys, medical offices, WCB board and clients
– Be able to answer questions that clients have
– Have impeccable organization skills
– Punctual, self starter and a passion to help others is a must!
– Must be familiar with filling out forms such as C3, RFA1, obtain C4.3 forms.
– Must be comfortable retrieving information from ECF.
– Salary is commensurate with experience.’
