Busy and well-established estate planning & probate law firm seeks experienced, full-time probate paralegal. Law firm presently consists of 3 Attorneys and 5 Paralegal/Legal Assistants. Law firm prides itself in providing high quality legal services with quick turnaround in a friendly and collegial work environment. Attorneys and Paralegals work together closely in managing a heavy volume of files.
Ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, communicative, and willing to learn and adapt to our existing office environment. Above all, candidate is a pleasure to work with and maintains themselves in a positive and professional manner. Prior experience within the legal field and/or experience with probate matters is required. Experience as a probate paralegal is a big plus.
Candidate’s primary role will be to manage all aspects of active Probate and Trust Administration files, which will require the preparation of probate filings; financial reports; managing deadlines; and ensuring that files are processed in a timely manner. Candidate will also be required to draft legal documents, including certain estate planning documents, and will actively interface with clients. Teamwork and covering for other team members is paramount to our practice.
Pay is based on past experience. Candidate is eligible for 401(k), health insurance, and Paid Time Off. Employer is mindful of work/life balance.

Pay: $42,000.00 – $62,500.00 per year
