Legal & Industrial Relation Specialist – [Your Full Name]
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on employment law, industrial relations, and general corporate legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including commercial agreements, employment-related documents, partnership agreements, and corporate legal documents.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly labor and outsourcing regulations.
- Represent the company in bipartite and tripartite meetings, mediation, and other employment dispute resolution processes when required.
- Build and maintain relationships with external parties, including government agencies, regulators, labor offices, legal counsel, and other relevant institutions.
- Conduct legal research and provide recommendations regarding regulatory updates and potential legal risks affecting the business.
- Review and provide legal support for company policies, SOPs, and employment-related documentation.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure legal and industrial relations compliance across the organization.
- Support litigation and legal dispute handling when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s Degree in Law is an advantage).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Legal and Industrial Relations, preferably within the staffing, outsourcing, or workforce solutions industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations, including Collective Labor Agreement (PKB), Labor Law, Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja), and outsourcing regulations.
- Experience handling industrial relations cases, employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and employment termination processes.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements and corporate legal documents.
- Strong understanding of legal compliance and corporate governance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
