About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled  Legal Head  to lead the legal function for our QSR business. This role will primarily focus on  real estate support for expansion  (60% of the time), along with handling other cross-functional legal areas (40%). The Legal Head will work directly with the CFO and oversee one full-time reportee.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support for the company’s  real estate  needs, including property acquisition, lease agreements, and expansion planning.
Advise
cross-functional teams
on various legal matters, including compliance, contracts, and risk management.
Lead legal negotiations for contracts, vendor agreements, and other business partnerships.
Collaborate with the CFO on legal aspects related to finance, expansion, and business operations.
Oversee the legal function’s day-to-day operations and manage one direct report.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal standards across the organization.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a  Legal Head  in the  QSR  or related industry, with a strong focus on  real estate  and  expansion .
Expertise in commercial contracts, real estate law, and business compliance.
