Legal & GA Officer!
Our Client a leading Chemical Manufacture company in Karawang, who are looking for a highly organized and proactive Legal & GA Officer. This role is essential in maintaining full legal compliance while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility’s infrastructure. This position acts as a bridge between legal safeguarding and operational efficiency, managing everything from contract life cycles to vendor coordination.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented Law professional with a proactive initiative and strong analytical skills for compliance-related tasks.

Role: Legal & GA Officer
What You’ll Do:
Legal & Compliance:
- Legal Documentation: Manage, monitor, and ensure the timely renewal of all company legal registrations and documentation.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Ensure total adherence to the latest laws and labor-related regulations to maintain company compliance.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and amend business contracts and agreements with external vendors and third parties.
- Audit Support: Actively support both internal and external regulatory audits as well as general legal compliance requirements.
General Affairs (GA):
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee plant infrastructure, facility maintenance, and overall asset management.
- Inventory Control: Manage GA inventory, including stationery and cross-functional stock requests.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage and evaluate third-party GA vendors, including Canteen, Security, and Housekeeping services.
- Operational Admin: Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing and waste management processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience covering Legal, Compliance, and/or General Affairs scopes.
- Advanced knowledge in managing legal documentation and labor regulations
. - Strong technical understanding of plant-level operations and infrastructure maintenance.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with external vendors and parties.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Willing to be based in Karawang.
