Attorney
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent legal skills, a passion for advocating on behalf of clients, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation.
Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, calendars, and billing records.
Stay informed about changes in the law and legal trends relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
Attend Virtual and in person Court appearances, pre-trial, hearings, trial, post-trial proceedings
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in Florida
3-5 years of experience practicing law. Experience with collection law a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality.
