Our client is a highly established and successful Shipping company with strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region. There is now an
exciting
newly-created opportunity for legal support professionals to join their Legal & Compliance team based in Singapore..
Working in a high-calibre team of seasoned lawyers, you will be responsible for overall support to the team, including simple drafting of legal and compliance materials, document executions and maintaining the contracts depository. Partnering with the Head of Compliance & Risk, you will play a key role in curating and implementing internal policies and compliance content across the business.
** Qualifications*
* You possess a Diploma in Legal Studies with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a paralegal/ legal support function. Prior experience in the shipping/ logistics/ energy industry will be highly regarded. Proactive, meticulous and a strong team player, you have a
proven track record
in prioritising and organising your work and work alongside regional stakeholders across all levels and functions.
