Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Legal Executive – Property & Finance to support our legal team in a fast-paced real estate and financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of UAE-based legal experience, particularly in real estate transactions, property development, and finance-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal & Transactional Support
Assist in drafting, formatting, and organizing legal documents related to property acquisitions, development agreements, escrow arrangements, mortgage documentation, and other finance-related contracts.
Support due diligence processes for land, asset, and company acquisitions.
Maintain legal files, including SPAs, title deeds, financial agreements, and regulatory submissions.
Regulatory Compliance & Coordination
Liaise with government entities including Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, Notary Public, and financial regulators.
Prepare and submit applications, licenses, and other documents to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Track key dates and ensure timely renewals of permits and authorizations.
Administrative Legal Support
Coordinate signatures, document notarization, and authentication processes.
Maintain organized, confidential records of legal correspondence and case files.
Assist in preparing legal summaries and reports for internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with finance, operations, and investment teams on structuring deals and documenting transactions.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and service providers when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related legal discipline.
Minimum 3 years of UAE legal experience, preferably in-house, with exposure to real estate and finance.
Strong understanding of Dubai property regulations, DLD procedures, financial contracts, and compliance processes.
Excellent drafting, proofreading, and legal administrative skills.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management.
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience handling escrow and project registration processes.
Familiarity with corporate structuring and cross-border property investment.
Prior work with legal documentation in real estate financing, SPVs, or development agreements.
