Position: Â Legal Executive (Manufacturing Company/ 5 Days)
** Responsibilities*
* – Must have
hands-on experience
in E-filing via E-litigation and Integrated Case Management System (ICMS).
– Provide legal and administrative support including but not limited to reviewing and drafting contracts, documents, agreement (local and overseas), and other correspondence.
– Summarizing cases and preparing reports for law suits
– Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments
– Drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions and pleadings
** Requirements**:
– Have related working experiences in Singapore
– Strong decision making individual
