Position: Legal Executive
Reporting: Section Chief
Working Time: Mon – Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Nhon Trach 5 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai Province (Shuttle bus provided)
Key Responsibilities
- Consult legal issues procedures (LAND; LURC and construction permit
- Conduct to issue Land Use Rights Certificate – LURC and related works
- Working with government and infrastructure developer (IDICO)
- Support investment projects and legal procedures with authorities
- Coordinate with team member and other Department in company on other works
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Land Management or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in land law/legal matters, preferably with handson experience in LURC
- Experience working with government authorities such as DNIEZA, DoF, DoAE, or other relevant authorities
- Good command of English; proficiency in Korean, Chinese, or Japanese is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Salary: 15,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND Gross + Language allowance: 500,000 – 4,500,000 VND/month/language (English/Korean/Chinese/Japanese)
- Phone allowance: 200,000 – 800,000 VND/month depend on job nature after probation
