This position is for AMATA CITY LONG THANH JSC.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Draft, review and revise all kinds of commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentation in both Vietnamese and English.
- Act as in-house legal counsel for all departments in respect of industrial estate, real estate & property, corporate, commercial contracts, joint venture, foreign investment, intellectual property, labor & employment, etc.
- Coordinate and contact all government authorities in Vietnam and overseas to submit applications and apply for any business license and/or permission, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Law.
- Have experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements (especially in construction and real estate), foreign investment, procedures under the Law on Enterprise and investment, working well with internal departments and contractors.
- Have knowledge in business law, especially special laws such as real estate and industrial estate regulation, Land Law, Construction Law, Law on Enterprise/Investment, etc.
- Good mindset, flexible with commitment, commercial sense.
- Good English in all skills (equivalent to TOEIC 700).
- Lawyer license is preferred.

- Round 1: Legal Manager
- Round 2: General Director, HR & Admin Senior Manager
- Round 3: CEO, Deputy CEO

- Shuttle bus from HCMC: Nguyen Van Troi Street, near Dien Bien Phu crossroads and Thu Duc crossroads.
- Working Time: 8:00 – 16:30, Mon – Sat (Employee can work from home on Saturday if there is no training, event or any request from the department).
