We are seeking an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment. This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level administrative support to executive leadership
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Draft, edit, and format legal and executive correspondence
- Maintain confidential legal documents and files
- Serve as a professional liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant (law firm or in‑house)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential matters
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
