Location: United States

Our customer, a multinational technology company, is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant. You will be responsible for a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management and scheduling, effectively prioritizing requests, ensuring an appropriate level of urgency is given, monitoring/tracking VP meetings, priorities, and emails, managing travel and expenses, and all administrative support functions for executives.

Location: Remote

Duration: 3-6 Months

Experience:

5+ years of experience supporting attorneys/legal teams.

3 + years in a role using self-serve technology skills.

Advanced Microsoft Suite skills.

Must be comfortable with self-service problem solving, working with various proprietary technology and AI tools.
