Exciting opportunity for a full-time Legal Assistant to exclusively assist our Senior Partner at our boutique real estate law firm. Ideal for an organized professional seeking a stable, long-term position with a small firm. Reports to Managing Partner.

Responsibilities
Administrative support to Partner, enhancing office effectiveness. First-line communication with clients, contractors, officials, etc. Deadline monitoring and calendar coordination. Answering and directing phone calls. Daily contact lists maintenance. Preparation for meetings/hearings, including file management. Preparation of legal documents and correspondence. New matter intake and file opening. Lobbyist registration and meeting logs maintenance. Political contribution requests processing. Time entries, pre-bills, and monthly invoices.
Qualifications
Proven legal assistant with 5+ years of experience. Preferably on a Partner level. Experience in zoning and land use transactions preferred but not required. Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills. Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Word; PC Law is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
