Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate business contracts and legal documents relating to all aspects of company’s business based on PRC law and regulations
- Provide timely and proactive legal and compliance advice and support in relation to operations in China
- Liaise with external lawyers
- Review and update policies and procedures
- Conduct legal research and organize internal trainings on key legal updates when necessary
- Handle ad hoc projects or other assignments as and when required
Qualifications
- PRC Legal professional qualification certificate or related discipline
- High sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Business travel is required
