Salam Alliance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support our organization’s legal and regulatory functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with healthcare-related laws, managing contractual and legal risks, and providing timely legal advice to facilitate safe and compliant business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documents to ensure acceptable risk levels and compliance with internal approval processes.
- Ensure adherence to the Ministry of Health, PDPA, and other healthcare-related regulations.
- Provide accurate and timely legal advice to internal departments.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution in collaboration with external legal counsel.
- Develop and update internal legal and compliance policies.
- Conduct legal awareness or compliance training sessions for staff.
- Collaborate with key departments (Procurement, HR, Operations) to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–7 years of relevant experience in corporate or healthcare-related legal work.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
