Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Executive role based in Kozhikode. The Legal Executive will handle day-to-day legal operations, including drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts related to the company’s healthcare services and facilities. Responsibilities include providing basic legal advice to internal stakeholders, supporting property-related matters such as leases and conveyancing, and assisting with compliance and regulatory documentation. The role involves coordinating with external legal counsel when required, maintaining organized legal records, and monitoring legal timelines and filings. The Legal Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, and management) to mitigate legal risks and support the organization’s growth and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, notices, and agreements.
- Experience providing Legal Advice to internal stakeholders on routine matters, with sound judgment and risk awareness.
- Knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing, especially in relation to leases, property documentation, and related compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or specialized courses in corporate or healthcare law are an advantage.
- Familiarity with healthcare, corporate, or commercial law environments is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic legal research tools; strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
