#THEROLE
We are seeking a key role within our dynamic and fast-growing Legal Department.
The Legal Executive to be hired will have strong attention to detail, efficiency in document management, and expertise in obtaining public records while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
#IDEALCANDIDATE
1-2 years experience in the area.
Degree in Law.
Member of Portuguese Law Bar Association – mandatory.
Experience in managing processes.
Strong analytical and organization skills, with deep detail orientation.
Availability and strong commitment.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multi projects simultaneously.
Team player and cooperation spirit.
Proactive, determined and high communication skills.
Expertise in Office tools.
English and Portuguese: perfect proficiency, written and spoken fluency (mandatory factor).
#RESPONSABILITIES
Drafting and submission of requests for certificates and statements (online or by application).
Management of client documents using legal relocation services in Portugal.
Assessing, examining, monitoring, and supporting applications for visas, residence permits and citizenship.
Support in document management, including dispatch, digitalisation, and archiving of processes.
Obtaining public documents.
