What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent from a reputable university
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in compliance, legal contract management, and/or law firm.
Translate legal documents from Thailand to English and vice versa.
Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal) is preferred, with the ability to review and comprehend complex contracts written in Chinese.
Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet engagement deadlines.
Ability to work independently and be a dynamic team player who can collaborate well across different teams.
Manage workplace legal technologies, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and IT savvy.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
What will you do as an Legal Executive?
Filing and organization of confidential legal documents (both physical and digital).
Meticulous and detailed-oriented individual.
Conduct legal research, investigate facts and prepare relevant materials as may be required by the Head of Legal.
Support the legal team in various ad-hoc initiatives and general office management tasks
Undertake litigation support functions.
Support in the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices by gaining a thorough understanding and compliance with internal practices.
Establish internal governance policies and conduct regular monitor compliance.
Ensure that legal agreements and establishments are adherence to the company’ s policies, standards and prevent any form of deviations.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Represent the company to communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities).
Corporate secretarial knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
