BDS is looking for a Legal Executive to provide legal support and ensure handling the organization’s legal affairs effectively.
- Follow up all steps of Legal services
- Follow up/Attend Legal Activities at the Court
Official Activities such as
- Review the case documents
- Petition/Dashboard/Master sheet preparing
- Study the Circular of BB, Bank, NI Act, Artha Rin Act, etc.
Collecting legal documents & references from courts.
- Coordinate Legal Activities with Clients & the Panel Lawyer.
- Miscellaneous
Regular Activities
- Making To-do lists
- News Paper Reading
- Collecting dates of upcoming Cases
- Collecting orders of Previous Cases
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education:
- Skills: legal case preparation, litigation support, legal documentation drafting, company secretarial work, legal advisory, legal consultation, business development, legal affairs, businessdevelopment, legal advising
