A dynamic and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Legal Executive to join a well-established in-house law firm, supporting solicitors in Personal Injury Defence Litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support solicitors in managing injury claims across all court jurisdictions, drafting legal documents, and ensuring timely case progression.
Liaise with solicitors, barristers, expert witnesses, and claims handlers to coordinate case strategy.
Assist in settlement negotiations and trial preparations.
Maintain accurate records and case files within a paperless environment.
Candidate Requirements:
A relevant legal qualification, ideally with experience in insurance or injury claims litigation.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in case management systems and office software.
