Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support in litigation and corporate matters with a logical, structured problem-solving approach.
Analyze complex issues by applying engineering-based critical thinking to evaluate facts, risks, and legal options.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate documents, and litigation filings with precision and analytical rigor.
Assist litigation teams in case preparation by dissecting technical facts and supporting strategic legal arguments.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clarify complex concepts and deliver actionable legal guidance.
Stay current on legal and regulatory developments impacting client industries involving technology or engineering-driven products.
Required Qualifications
Must hold two degrees: LLB or LLM from an accredited law school and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
Admission to practice law.
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and logical analysis to complex problems.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain intricate issues.
Prior law firm experience is a plus.
