We developed the first Domain Specific Language (DSL) for fully representing regulatory requirements in an AI engine. This DSL, deployed with our enterprise platform, enables Norm clients to transform workflows and apply compliance checks at the source of business activities.
We are setting the norms for compliance processes at the largest institutions in the world. Our client base includes firms with a combined $17 Trillion in assets under management, and growing quickly.
Our Software Engineers came from Palantir, Google, Meta, AWS, Harvard, Stanford, and MIT. Our Legal Engineers are from Harvard Law, Stanford Law, Yale Law, Sullivan & Cromwell, Simpson Thacher, Davis Polk, Greenberg Traurig, the SEC, the Marines, and FINRA.
This Role
You will collaborate closely with our software engineering and executive teams to design and refine our AI-driven compliance solutions. Your experience and expertise will ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Location
This role is located in the World Trade Center, NYC.
In this role, you will conduct:
Regulatory Analysis: Leverage our internal tools to further develop automated analysis of regulations
Issue Identification and Remediation: Review regulatory analyses to identify potential issues and provide solutions
Prompt Engineering: Develop, write, and refine calls to Large Language Models
Customer and Internal Support: Explain product functionalities to customers
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a relevant legal or regulatory field, such as financial, insurance or healthcare regulation
Exceptional written communication skills
A strong interest in LLMs
