Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced Document Reviewer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using industry-standard eDiscovery platforms, including Everlaw, DISCO, and Relativity. In this role, you will assist with document review projects involving litigation, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume document reviews for relevance, responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality, and issue codes
Analyze documents and identify key information to support case strategy
Work efficiently and accurately within various eDiscovery platforms including Everlaw, DISCO, and Relativity
Tag, redact, and organize documents according to project-specific protocols
Utilize advanced Excel tools (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, filters, macros) to analyze and manipulate data sets for reporting and quality control
Communicate and coordinate with review managers, case teams, and fellow reviewers
Adhere to confidentiality and security protocols at all times
Maintain quality control by identifying inconsistencies or issues in reviewed data
Qualifications:
1+ years of document review experience, preferably in a litigation setting
Proficiency with Everlaw, DISCO, and Relativity required
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with complex litigation, mass tort, or antitrust reviews
Familiarity with privilege review and QC processes
Experience working with metadata, coding panels, and batch review assignments
