Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
Previous clerical and administrative experience
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Organizational skills with a focus on time management and calendar management
Experience with data entry, filing, and proofreading
Assist with Social media
Client Interaction, greeting and guiding clients during appointments
Scanning and saving court documents, as well as opening and saving any important mail daily.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
