Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner.

Assist with office management duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or managers as needed.
Handle correspondence, including emails and memos, ensuring timely responses.
Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with clients and team members.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
Support dental receptionist duties by managing patient records and appointment scheduling if applicable.
Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance office productivity.
Experience
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous.
Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
