About the Company

Our client, a reputable law firm in the Financial District is seeking a Specialist to join their Document Services team.

Responsibilities

Create, revise, and format legal and business documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF).

Troubleshoot, repair, and convert documents, including PDFs and Word files.

Assist with docket entry, expense submissions, and client management system updates.

Upload, share documents, and facilitate e-signatures.

Assist and manage workflow of Lawyers and Legal Assistants.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in a legal setting; specifically working within a Document Production Center.

Proficient in MS Office 365, iManage, and Kofax (PDF).

Strong proofreading, editing, and formatting skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

This role offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
