As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. This role will oversee personal injury operations in pre-suit ensuring optimal case flow and a consistently high standard of client service.
Position Summary
The Personal Injury Case Manager will work closely with attorneys, this role ensures timely case progression, team collaboration, and alignment with firm objectives.
Operational Oversight
Maintain adherence to firm policies, productivity standards, and quality expectations across all personal injury pre-suit case stages.
Case Lifecycle Management
Oversee active management of personal injury files, ensuring progression toward timely resolution.
Liaise with insurance adjusters to discuss case details and ensure timely progress and resolution.
Ensure timely initiation of settlement discussions and resolution strategies.
Quality Control
Conduct routine audits of case files to ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
Client Experience
Uphold excellence in client communication throughout the legal process.
Address escalated client concerns and ensure seamless case handoffs between departments.
Collaborative Engagement
Partner with attorneys to identify and prioritize complex or high-value cases.
Schedule meetings and client calls on behalf of attorneys to support case management and preparation.
Settlement Oversight
Collaborate with the legal and settlement teams to negotiate and finalize settlements.
Oversee timely disbursement of settlement funds and resolution of liens, ensuring client satisfaction at case closure.
Reporting
Produce weekly reports detailing case status, settlements, and aging files.
Strategic Development
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational workflow.
Qualifications
Must be Proficient in all Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be Bilingual.
