As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals. Here are the key responsibilities and skills we need for the following vacancy in our Legal team in Switzerland.
Job Description
Support the board of the Sales and Trading Segment and act as the trusted advisor for governance matters.
Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on Swiss corporate law.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to holding and service functions.
Ensure compliance with applicable Swiss regulations (focus on data protection and ESG).
Advise on Swiss employment law.
Support transactions and renewable projects in Switzerland.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in Switzerland.
Represent MET in legal proceedings in Switzerland when necessary.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a law firm or legal department of an international group
Swiss Master of Law
Swiss bar exam considered an asset
Comfortable communicator towards senior management
Proficiency in German and English
Additional language skills are considered an asset
Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
