Role Overview
You will support the management of a strategic global technology-supplier relationship, help the business move projects forward while ensuring that legal and commercial risks are understood and appropriately managed.
Working closely with international Technology teams, you will act as a key legal contact for a global Master Services Agreement and the local agreements, Statements of Work and amendments executed under it.
Responsibilities
- Manage legal and contractual matters arising under a strategic global technology-services agreement.
- Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, LSAs, Statements of Work, Order Forms and amendments.
- Advise global and local stakeholders on contractual risk, GDPR, compliance and supplier-governance matters.
- Support the resolution of contract queries, performance issues and potential disputes.
- Deliver training and maintain accurate, complete records of signed contractual documentation.
Requirements
- Law degree and qualification as a lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
- Fluent English; French would be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience in IT, outsourcing or commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of technology agreements, GDPR and contractual risk management.
- Excellent judgement, drafting, negotiation and international stakeholder-management skills.
