Position: Â Legal Counsel (Regional)
Responsibilities:
– Experience drafting, negotiating and reviewing infrastructure and/or EPC contracts, eg. CAPEX expansion
– Able to advise on turnkey infrastructure projects
– Liaise with internal and external counsel on dispute management (both litigation and arbitration)
– Formulate internal legal policies and conduct training for staff on a needs basis
Requirements:
– LL.B. from recognised university, called to Singapore bar
– 6-10 PQE, with good experience working on EPC/infrastructure legal matters
– Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
– Experience working on regional matters, or on cross-border transactions with foreign counsel
