Our client is a globally operating SME with a focus on project development in areas of energy technology and long term sustainability. You will be joining an established legal team in Singapore / Asia.
This role is fully flexible, meaning you can work from home to suit your requirements between office time and other commitments.
Job Description
- This role will partner with global development teams in areas such as project finance, transaction support and commercial deal flow.
- You will negotiate, draft and close various agreements covering service, funding, deployment and general commercial / day to day
- The work will engage with stakeholders internally and externally around the world as projects will be mainly aimed at emerging markets.
- The work will ensure you develop key skills in project finance, commercial deal flow and governance / compliance
Requirements
- 5 – 12 PQE (Guideline)
- Tier 1 law firm training – essential
- Project finance background – essential
- Ability to manage stakeholders in Asia and around the world – essential
- Excited to work in a fast paced and grown up organisation
