This dynamic firm seeks an experienced Legal Counsel who will play a pivotal role by providing strategic legal support directly to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a robust legal background and a passion for ensuring compliance, facilitating corporate operations, and driving strategic investment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal counsel for the firm’s key operations, especially concerning M&A activities, intercompany contracts, and investor agreements.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, financial, and investment-related contracts.
Oversee corporate compliance and support in structuring corporate operations efficiently and compliantly.
Act as the primary legal interface across internal departments, effectively managing legal risks.
Coordinate with external advisors and law firms to support complex transactional needs.
Supervise legal activities associated with Private Equity investments and renewable energy projects.
Contribute actively to high-level strategic decision-making, offering informed legal guidance to the management team.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree in Law (Jurisprudence) from a recognized university.
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience within legal advisory, ideally involving corporate or investment-focused law.
Proficient in English and Italian, with strong communication skills.
Willingness and availability for frequent travel within Italy to support operational needs.
