We are partnering with a large multinational conglomerate company with businesses spanning services, property management, and infrastructure, to grow the legal team. With a strong regional footprint, you will be part of a tight-knit legal team. This will be an ideal opportunity for junior Corporate Associates looking to transition in-house.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day legal support on Corporate M&A, JV, Capital markets regulatory listing advice, Funds (CMS License regulatory matters)
Manage external legal counsel and coordinate legal matters as required.
