Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal services to the Corporation in corporate matters
• Draft agreements and legal documents effectively
• Prepare insightful reports and by-laws
• Represent the Corporation in before administrative boards
• Uphold Occupational Health and Safety standards
Requirements:
• At least two years of broad legal experience
• In good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Effective communicator with negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real estate law is an asset
• Ability to use Westlaw and MS Office competently
