Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior Supervisory experience
Strong ability to monitor and track legally required filings and documentation, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Expertise in I-9 employment eligibility verification, maintaining full compliance with federal regulations.
Skilled at conducting internal audits of HR practices, identifying potential risks, and implementing improvements.
Ability to monitor and report on HR compliance metrics, offering actionable insights to enhance compliance performance.
Experience managing complex processes, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
A deep understanding of evolving HR regulations and best practices, with a proactive approach to staying informed and adjusting processes as needed.
