Position: Legal Counsel for Mail Solutions

Reporting to the Legal Director, you will provide first-level legal support for Mail operations in the USA and Canada. Your expertise will be crucial for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, particularly hardware and software contracts. Collaborate with the broader legal team on projects and provide essential training to internal stakeholders on compliance and legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Provide legal support to Sales teams in North America
• Conduct legal monitoring and internal training sessions
• Advise on company policies and operational compliance
• Support the development of sales-related procedures
Requirements:
• US qualified with 3-5 years in contract law
• Strong experience in hardware and leasing agreements
• Knowledge of software agreements
• In-house counsel experience in international companies
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
