Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate structuring, strategic partnerships, and other transactional matters, including cross-border initiatives.
- Assisting on complex transactional and project-related matters primarily related to development of new facilities/infrastructure; including drafting, reviewing and negotiation of EPC contracts
- Supporting the review, evaluation and negotiations of procurement contracts including tender documents.
- Provision of general legal advice and support on wide range of legal matters from time to time such as employment, disputes and other matters from time to time as assigned
- Liaise with external counsel and monitor legal developments impacting the business.
Work Experiences
- Legally qualified with 2 – 4 years PQE, ideally in both private practice and in-house settings.
- Previous exposure and experience in the following will be an added and distinct advantage:-Project development work/EPC/M&A/financing transactions
- Familiarity with Energy industries or experience in a law firm providing legal advice to these industries.
