Legal Counsel M&A Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at MENA Recruit Pty Ltd
We are currently looking for an experienced M&A lawyer with a solid Corporate/M&A background around the AED4-6 yr PQE level for a 6 month Secondment to work for a government entity in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should also have experience in Joint Ventures (JV), General Corporate and Commercial Law. Candidates with Common Law background and qualified from an international law firm will be preferred. The candidate should be fluent in English with strong academics.
At present the duration of the role is for 6 months with a strong possibility for it to become a permanent position.
The initial offered salary is AED 40-45K
inclusive
and if the role goes permanent it will be increased to AED 50-55K with Family Benefits.
Candidates based out of Abu Dhabi will be preferred.
