Salesforce Administrator (Litify Focused) – In-Office

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our in-house team and support the continued optimization of our case management platform.
About the Role:
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will own the management, customization, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform with a primary focus on Litify. This fully in-office position is critical to ensuring that our legal teams are empowered with streamlined, accurate, and intuitive tools for case intake, tracking, and resolution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with attorneys, operations, and marketing to improve workflows and reporting that directly impact firm success.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Salesforce with a heavy focus on Litify configurations, workflows, and case automation.
Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and profiles to ensure secure and efficient access.
Customize objects, fields, layouts, record types, and approval processes to support evolving business needs.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for legal and operational teams.
Identify and troubleshoot system issues, managing timely resolution.
Collaborate with department leaders to gather requirements, document needs, and translate into scalable solutions.
Stay informed of Salesforce and Litify platform updates, recommending and implementing relevant changes.
Train and support end-users to increase adoption and system effectiveness.
Assist in integrations with other platforms such as marketing tools, call tracking, or HR systems.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Proven hands-on experience with Litify, preferably in a personal injury or legal environment.
Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder) preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
Proficient in data management, imports/exports, and system integrity best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to work onsite full-time in our Little Rock office (this is not a remote or hybrid role).
